Our Team

Cody Goodman, a third-generation leader at DDG, joined the family office in 2024 as Vice President, overseeing operations and acquisitions for its subsidiaries. Before this role, Cody worked as a salesman, providing solutions for manufacturing firms, and as an M&A intern at a boutique investment bank. As a wrestler at Deerfield High School in Illinois, Cody set several school/national records with a four-second pin, most career wins, earned multiple state and national medals, and was ranked 22nd nationally at 195 LBS, leading to his commitment to the University of Illinois in 2019 as a Division I athlete. He graduated from the University of Iowa in 2024 with a B.B.A. in Enterprise Leadership.
