DDG controls the premier independent OCTG (Oil Country Tubular Goods) processor in the southwest. We currently seek to acquire additional manufacturing and distribution companies located in the United States.

As a true financial buyer, DDG prefers acquired companies to run autonomously, preserving the existing management team and employees while providing the necessary resources and guidance to grow newly acquired companies with no plan to sell.
Ideal targets include lower middle-market manufacturers and distributors but will consider other opportunities (excluding technology), including distressed assets.
